Submit your Full Paper in PDF Format via the Easychair System.
Submission Steps
1. Sign up and log in to the Easychair system
2. Authors have to fill in the information of all authors, affiliations, and emails in the submission system.
3. All papers submitted to the ICoSTEC 2023 must be written or translated in English, both in content and references.
4. Before submitting, authors must check for the similarity of their manuscript.
5. The review process is single-blind for a submitted manuscript
Submissions will be rejected without review if they fail to conform to the formatting guidelines in other ways (such as using too-small fonts, including in graphs and figures) or if the scores of their similarity to other articles are reported over 30%.
The submitted full paper must not be under review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously submitted elsewhere.
All papers must be submitted electronically through the Conference Submission System (Easychair). If you do not have an account, please create an account to submit your manuscript. It is suggested that you use Google Chrome to manage your submission system.

After Notification Acceptance:
Accepted Papers are invited to revise the paper carefully and submit the version of the full paper, 5 to 7 pages in the A4 standard double-column format (including tables, figures, and references) according to the ICoSTEC template. The ICoSTEC committee will deliver Acceptance Letter for a qualified paper after passing the single-blind review.
After completing the presentation, all authors will get the e-certificates with the official number and QR code from the ICoSTEC conference series.
